These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Reveal the Dream application (the "App"), provided to you as an end user on iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, Android, Wear OS and Windows. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the terms of the store or channel you obtained it from (the Apple App Store, Google Play, or a direct download from this site) and these Terms.
Personal use, and limits we may apply
A subscription is licensed to one person for their personal use. It is not a license for a group, a team, an organization, or the general public.
We reserve the right to set, change and enforce limits on how many devices, and how many people, may use a single subscription, including at the same time. We may introduce, vary or remove such limits at any time and at our discretion, and we may use reasonable technical means to apply them, such as counting the devices activated against a subscription.
We do not currently enforce a device or simultaneous-user limit. Nothing in this section obliges us to introduce one, and choosing not to enforce a limit at any time does not waive our right to do so later. If we introduce a limit that would affect an existing subscription, we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect, and it will apply going forward rather than retroactively.
Sharing account credentials, a sign-in code, or any other means of reaching your subscription, so that people outside your household can use it, is not a use we support, and may be restricted under this section in future.
The free version, and advertising
The App is offered in a free version and as a paid Premium subscription. The free version is provided at no charge, and we do not guarantee that it will always be offered on the same terms, or with the same features, as it is today.
We reserve the right to add advertising to the free version of the App at any time, with or without warning. This includes advertising supplied by us and advertising supplied by third parties. We may introduce, vary or remove advertising in the free version at our discretion, and nothing in these Terms requires us to give you notice before doing so.
We do not currently show advertising of any kind in the App. Nothing in this section obliges us to introduce it, and choosing not to show advertising at any time does not waive our right to do so later.
Your content
Photos and other content you add to the App remain yours. You're responsible for the photos you choose to use within the App and for having the rights to use them. The App stores your content locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Subscriptions
Reveal the Dream offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock additional features, billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period; however, you can prevent automatic renewal by turning off auto-renewal before the period ends. The following disclosures apply depending on where you obtained the App:
Apple App Store
- Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price, unless you change your subscription options prior to purchase.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple Account Settings on your device, after purchase.
Google Play
- Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the Play Store app, under Subscriptions.
All payments are processed by Apple, Google or Stripe, depending on where you obtained the App: Apple on iPhone, iPad, Mac App Store and Apple Watch, Google on Android and Wear OS, and Stripe if you bought the Mac or Windows version direct from revealthedream.com. We do not process, receive, or store your payment information in any case.
Restoring purchases
If you reinstall the App or use it on a new device, you can restore a previously purchased subscription using the restore option in the App. On iOS, this is tied to your Apple Account; on Android, it's tied to your Google account. Either one restores across every device in that ecosystem signed in to the same account. If you bought the Mac or Windows version direct, your subscription is tied to the email address you paid with rather than to a store account. You reach it on a new machine by signing in with that address in the App: we email you a short code, and typing it in restores your subscription. There is no password, and nothing you have to keep safe.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or discontinue the App or any part of it at our discretion.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles, except as otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
