How sync works, free and Premium
On the free version your journeys stay in step inside one family of devices. An iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch sync through your own iCloud account. An Android phone and a Wear OS watch sync through your own Google account. The two families cannot see each other, and Windows has no free backup of any kind.
Premium's cross-platform sync connects them. Turn it on and your journeys follow you between Apple, Android, Windows and Linux. Each device encrypts the copy before it leaves, so we cannot read it. A new device opens it with your recovery code, which nobody can reset for you, including us, so keep it somewhere safe.
Buying here or in a store
Buying on this page costs less than the App Store and Google Play. You can also subscribe inside the app on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android and pay through your store account.
Wherever you buy it, one subscription unlocks Premium on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android phone and Windows PC.
Already subscribed to Premium?
Bought on the App Store or Google Play. Premium follows your store account. After a reinstall or on a new phone, use Restore Purchases in the app, labeled Restore / refresh purchases on Android.
Want it on another platform too? On the device you subscribed on, open Settings and choose Use on Mac or PC, then follow the steps it shows.
Bought on this website. Open the app, go to Settings, choose Sign In, and type the six digit code we email to the address you paid with. You can do that on each device you use.
Signing in carries your subscription. It does not move journeys or photos. Sync does that, and it is a separate switch in Settings.
Changing or canceling
Bought here? Manage your subscription to change your plan, update your card or cancel. Bought on the App Store or Google Play? Cancel from your store account's list of subscriptions, and the change takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
Canceling leaves everything you already revealed exactly where it is. If App Lock is on, it stays on.
See it on your own photo before you pay
In the free version you can move the cover strength, the cover color and the reveal style on your own photo, and the reveal changes as you go. The paywall only appears when you save a Premium look. Text color over the photo and the countdown to your next check-in are free for everyone, and you can try the reveal in your browser without installing anything.
