Reveal the Dream is a habit tracker built around one photo. You pick a picture of something you want, the app covers the picture, and each day you keep your habit, one more piece is uncovered. People sometimes look for the app as Reveal My Dream, revealmydream or Dream Reveal. The name is Reveal the Dream, and the website is revealthedream.com.
How a journey works
- Pick a photo of your goal.
- Choose how long: 7 days or 30 days, or a length of your own with Premium.
- The photo starts covered, split into one piece for each day.
- Each day you do the thing, open the app and press I Did It. One piece is uncovered.
- On the last day the whole photo is showing.
Miss a day and that piece stays covered. Everything you already uncovered stays put, and the journey carries on. There is no streak to break and nothing to start over. More on missing a day.
What people use it for
Anything you can do once a day and picture at the end: a workout plan, a savings goal, studying, going alcohol free, writing, or practicing an instrument. You choose the photo, so a journey can be about any goal you have.
Where Reveal the Dream runs
Reveal the Dream is built for each platform: iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Windows, Android phones and tablets, Chromebooks and Wear OS. Your photo can sit in a home screen widget on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android, on the Widgets Board on Windows 11, and on your watch face on Apple Watch and Wear OS.
What is free
The free version gives you one journey at a time, 7 or 30 day lengths, the Petals reveal style, the widget, the watch app, a countdown to your next check-in, and saving a finished photo. On Apple and Android devices your journeys back up through your own iCloud or Google account.
Premium adds several journeys at once, custom lengths, more cover colors and reveal styles, rest days, App Lock, repeating journeys, and sync between Apple, Android and Windows. See what Premium includes.
